Euro Car Parks/Zenith Collections - Notice of Intention

Hi there,
Today, I have received my "NOTICE OF INTENTION TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS" from the good folk at Zenith Collections.
It refers to a "contravention" my wife made in my car back in February, where she outstayed her welcome by 20 mins, in a car park managed by Euro Car Parks.
I have duly ignored all communications from ECP, Debt Recovery Plus, and Zenith Collections to date.
They are still offering me the "reduced payment of £75" option, to avoid it going back up to £130.
Is it still a case of "ignore until they stop", or do I have to go through POPLA now?
Many thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to offer their advice!

Too late for POPLA. Their notice of intentions is just about as valid as my notice of intention to win the Euromillions tomorrow.
Wait and see if any papers come from Northampton court.0 -
You are too late for POPLA but it's perfectly safe to ignore this!

''A notice of intended litigation from a debt collector is of no more significance than the Beano'' (nice quote from retired solicitor, zzzLazyDaisy!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
