I never knew either until I checked after seeing the post about rpoints. I've booked a few times recently and it's never occurred to me to go through Quidco.

    Cheers for reminding me.

I just booked five nights in Swansea Central in August for £75, well pleased with that. We'll be getting a cheap hire car from 1car1 and going out every day to the Gower beaches, Swansea market ond the Brecon Beacons. Most b&b,'s charge about £75 a night for a family of four in August: this offer even undercuts the Youth Hostels we normally stay in.

Only downside is no parking at the hotel, but I'm sure I can find free parking within 10 minutes' hike of the hotel.

Thanks again to the OP and all the other posters.

BTW is it worth doing a seperate booking for each night if you're using Quidco? I.E. 5 nights in one booking £3.60 cashback
or 5 single one night bookings £18.00 cashback

    Anyone tried this yet?

Well, you go on hols for a week.. you get back and all the Saturday's have gone! We've had lots of great weekends away Travelodging - good luck to those who got the dates they wanted.

There were barely any saturdays this time & I was on as soon as sale started. Not as good as previous £15 room releases.
MTC NMP Membership #62 - made it back to size 12 after my children & I'm staying here!
  • I booked 5 nights in Cardiff for August a while ago, I really wanted York but there were no £15 rooms. Looks like I missed out again this time too but I did get two rooms for a weekend near Milton Keynes in October! Hubby and my dad want to see Bletchley park.

Thanks for that info, I don't feel so gutted now. I was thinking I'd missed out big time. Noah - I have yet to see York on offer for £15, ever. It's one of the first ones I check. I think they can fill the rooms at the normal prices.

I've booked York Central for a Sunday during the school holidays.
I've often seen £15 ones there but they go fast.

Hi Spuds, there were actually quite a few dates for York when I checked, they had all the dates I wanted, but I found out that it was going to take so long to get there, and was expensive from Liverpool.

I booked London instead, and got return tickets on National express for £2. (4 days hotel and return coach Liverpool to London for a total of just £32 each - and a double room Plus too). I also booked an extra night that I will not be using, as it worked out cheaper than using Left Luggage at the station!!!

Wanted Covent Garden, but ended up with Kings Cross Roy Scot. Now people are telling me its a dump, and Kings Cross is a dangerous and dodgy area. Scared now

I also booked Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool :) but won't be using them if I'm gonna be murdered in Kings Cross - surely its not that bad?
