It starts on Thursday evening and there will be thousands of rooms from just £15 available at Travelodge hotels across the UK for stays between Friday 20th July and Sunday 2nd September.

Does anyone know how these rooms will differ from the standard 'super saver' rooms?

The rooms themselves will be exactly the same, it's just the price that's different.

Any room priced at other than their full standard rate is non-cancellable (is that a word??) and non-transferrable however.

To save myself looking completely stupid i'll add that i know the rooms are physically the same, i was just wondering why if they already have £15 rooms on offer they're e-mailing people about it now. Do they only release them at particular times of the year?

I think they release some more rooms, there are some available now, but there will be more for the summer come thursday night.

Yes I would agree.
There are already some rooms availble I think this is just announcing the release of a further allocation.

I think your mistaken. They are the same price. Super saver rooms, and hotspot special offer hotels are all £15. The hotspot rooms are found under a relatively new puple button on the home page.
The current supersaver rooms are few and far between. The hotspot special offer hotels are a list of hotels that are £15 on certains days during a certain month. The new offer will be more hotels on more days during school holidays which will hopefully include some of the more popular hotels than the ones currently on offer.

Oh, ok.

I just know them as "£15 rooms". I also know that I can rarely find them for when I need them, whatever they might be properly called :rolleyes:

In the past though, I've found it's worth checking back as rooms prices go up and back down again for no apparant reason from one day to the next.

Seems to be up and running now! Not all locations but there do also seem to be some rooms at 26.00 per night too - only found this out when I had made a selection and more hotels in the area were offered.

There's always a few £15 rooms available - Only these are in the less desirable date/locations. ie. Motorway services on a Sunday evening.

The rooms from this promo haven't appeared yet.
