A total of £130 spent so far with a relatively big shop today to take advantage of the last day to earn a 10p per litre off fuel by spending £60.
I am amazed at how enjoyable this is. It is becoming quite a satisfying cjhallenge to make the most of any vouchers for money off and extra nectar points. It's also very exciting waiting to see what offers the till will print off when I pay:D.
I am totalling without counting nectar points earned and without deducting the 5% discount we get at our supermarket via the discount scheme my DH's employer provides so is actually better than it looks. Nectar points will be used at Christmas so that we can have the usual Christmas treats without it costing more than usual in cash.0 -
Hoping for a NSD today. Plenty of bread/milk in so should be able to avoid the shops. Just me to feed for lunch today, so its chicken salad. Dinner is going to be shepherds pie with peas and carrots. Mince is already defrosted so will prepare that before i leave for work for the other half to serve to the kids when he gets in from work. We are like 2 ships who pass in the night! Lol!
I'm back on the slimming world diet so will have to go to the shops later in the week and top up on fruit and veg. Hopefully i can leave it till Friday when i do my top up shop as I have a £6 off £40 spend at Mr T's
Have the afternoon to myself so think i'll bake some muffins for the kids.Slimming World Challenge 2017 0/30.5lb

Good afternoon, well a couple of no spend days for me yesterday and monday, but I have a feeling that I am going to have to spend a lot soon, my fridge freezer keeps emitting warning that freezer temp is rising arggghh. Iv shifted all my frozen stuff to garage freezer and can hear it now so just gone off again for some reason, temp is showing at -8 for freezer which is much too high, my service book recommends -16 so really dont know whats going on there. Had a spend today which I really didnt plan, went for a walk (as my physiotherapist has told me to lay off the running for a bit) across the humber bridge, found a little cafe that charged us £4 for two coffees, nearly fell off my chair, but suppose my own fault for not checking prices. So a little spend of £4 today, have a good day everyone.SPC No. 295 - SPC No10 target £350
