Which lender is it? Broker said my application was with the Woolwich underwriters first thing yesterday morning. Was hoping for a decision before the weekend Doubt it will happen now!

My full application with the halifax was submitted via my broker yesterday. They have only asked for payslips and details of the valuation (im in scotland). The waiting is driving me mad!

It's Skipton , I've not heard anything now so I'm assuming it's Monday now if I haven't heard on Monday then I'll call on Tuesday we won't be able to get an offer through properly till the week after until I get my payslip (new job) but it's at underwriters so I'm assuming that they will say yes or no but morgage advisor said everything is fine and will just be this payslip until it's official if that makes sense? There's nothing I can do now anyway so putting it to the back of my mind till then lol

Hopefully no news is good news lol xx

Received our offer in the post today! As did our solicitors. Now I hope things can really get moving.

still waiting for my offer to come throught the post. Just waiting for my solicitor to be approved on my lender panel of solicitor before they can send my offer out.

We're in the same boat, my MA said that the application had been passed to the underwriter last monday (03/02/14) but still nothing. I called the MA on friday to be told that there is a back log and that he would chase them again today, but so far nothing. The wait is killing me!!!!!!

Fantastic congrats to who has there offer,

I'm still waiting was told on Wednesday it would be a couple of days called on Saturday morning it would be Monday worse case it would be Tuesday not heard yet but the suspense is killing me and I can't focus at work arghhhh starting to feel down lol
