Still not heard back.
Its a consessionary purchase i think its called, buying parents house , theres 45000 left on their mortgage so hoping its valued at approx 70000 ish so we have decent equity to use as deposit.
Im in Scotland , ftb and scared my unplanned overdraft fees showing on my bank statements are going to spoil it for me. Wasnt planning in applying for a mortgage hence why my account wasnt spotless. Been on mat leave since jan but going back in january 2018. So yea im on unpaid leave at the moment. Got so much going against me its unreal. Hoping to hear from MA by tuesday, he said lender may want written confirmation from my work about my return date etc.
Goodluck to everyone waiting:p0 -
