Now for the conveyancing 😂So much built up anxiety, especially because we had so many issues...We're pretty much set conveyancingwise - only waiting for the local searches and management pack, which are both delayed because of the cyber attack on Hackney Council1 -
Still waiting....today is valuation day so 🤞🏽0

ChonkyChops said:Just found out that our mortgage application was sent to the wrong underwriter...
As a contractor, there are specific underwriters that review these cases, but my case was sent to the "standard" underwriter and is now requesting documentation that is not required when applying as a contractor. Incredibly frustrated, as our buyers want to complete soon. Awaiting to see what will happen now that our amazing broker is talking to the bank to find out whats happening.
Deapite the added challenges we managed to get our mortgage offer within 4 working days thanks to our broker.
I hope you don't have to go to the back of the que again ☹0 -
Seen on our tracker that natwest have seen the valuation. Really hoping to get an offer ASAP as it feels like it’s been outstanding forever!0
