i know there’s no point of checking anything till Thursday afternoon...
I just hope they will not reschedule like last week 😂🤞 
you can always use this time to sort out you staff ( goes to skip goes to new place) or look for some furniture ( like dining room if you didn’t have one before ). Actually read through the searches, check broadband providers,

Yeah I’ve started the de-clutter process, if we don’t get the mortgage, at least I’ll be rid of some rubbish. But if we do, then I’ll be organised

Morning everyone, long time reader on the thread. Mortgage promise revived from TSB 18th and full application submitted through broker the same day. Revived notification valuation is going ahead today. Does anyone know if TSB order valuation before underwriters or will it have been looked at already. The waiting is brutal....

Yes our broker , by email every three days wether there’s any news or not . I think they check the MAT system or something ?!

Update! Nationwide wants to know why my payslips have my parents' address on them. Answer: I have been in this job a looong time and I forgot that addresses on payslips were a thing. Oops

Our application went in on 22nd June, Valuation was completed on 30th June and has been with the underwriters since then as apparently they have had an IT and covid related staffing issues which has caused a backlog.

Our MA has been pushing them on a decision or an idea of what date they are working on at the moment but they haven't provided anything.

Looks like wait is going to be going on a while then...Your application will be nearly a month ahead of mine in the queue. Do you know if the IT problems have been resolved, seems like it’s an ongoing issue for TSB and IT problems. Hope you get decision you want to hear soon 👍
