Sorry to be nosy but are the cases against them all for the same contract. As per my previous posts my son's has just been turned down for the 1st cashback at month 4 for late submission. His claim was received on day 22 because of the re-direction of TMO's post. He sent it to the address on the despatch note and website which apparently was wrong. They have also said he will not be able to claim any more for this contract. Is this what happened to you?
    Thanks

On the subject of claims being received late by TMO:
I sent this info on the 14th Oct to the forum team.....
The issue date for bill 7 was 17th August. I forwarded the paperwork (special delivery) on 6th September (20 days) and it was received and signed for the next morning on 7th September (21 days).
    I received this swift response...
We have written to our cash back team to review this case. We will respond to you within the next 48 hours with details of the outcome. If the dates you quoted within your email are correct, then we will reverse the decision and ensure your payment is processed.

    Then this today....
    We received bill 5 to 7 of, 17th June, 17th July, and 17th August 2007, on 7th September 2007.
These were received late, 22 days from the 7th bill issue date
They AGREE with my dates but instead of reinstating the claim as they said, they have now decided it's 22 days  It's just ludicrous and laughable. LBA goes out today  .

    Is this affected by "inclusive".

The dates you give are 22 inclusive days from the bills issue date.

I copied my t&cs to them in the original email:
In month 7 of your contract you will need to forward bills 5 through to 7 to us within 21 days of the issue date on bill number 7
I printed them from the website when I ordered the phone, no inclusive to be found
Anyway, the laughable thing is that they said if my dates were correct then they would reinstate the claim :rotfl:

If you have more claims to make, then hope they don't! (Reinstate the claim).

You would get a good result via MCOL!!

My son's bill date was 22.8.7. He sent the papers on 10.9.7 (20 days if you include the bill date) but it was not delivered till 12.9.7 as it was re-directed. Therefore if they count the bill date it was 22 days but surely re-direction is not his fault. He sent the papers to the address on delivery note and web site.

Was this pre or post court?
    It pays to challenge

My reference to "inclusive" which you quoted wasn't anything to do with your son's bills. (I had posted in answer to athomick's post).

A redirection between offices shouldn't come into it, (as long as he sent the claim to the correct address for claims in the first place).
