The OP stated is was 60cm high including the handle. Nothing about it being extended. If it's 55 without the handle and 60 with it, 5 cms (2 inches) isn't enough to account for the handle being extended. It's just going to be the measurement including the handle.0 -

If you live near an airport that EZY fly out of, buy the bag, take it to the airport, put it in the measuring cage. If it fits, keep it, and if it doesn't, take it back.
