Advice needed on bankruptcy forms

The Ex160A says what is required by way of proof for remission2 of the court fee (you only need to complete one copy of this).
CBJSA is not a prescribed benefit for remission under option 1 and CAB were wrong if that's what they said. However the DWP award letter is not easy to read and I do remember a case where someone on that benefit got option1 remission..
The third copy of the statement of affairs goes to the Official Receiver.

Thank you for your replies, if I don't get the remission then I will draw the money out from overdraft, only way I can do it.
My letter just says your claim for jobseeker's allowance has been awarded.
Till I spoke to people I didnt know which one I was getting.
I am still going through all the forms, reading them a lot.
Do I take two copies to the court tomorrow then one for the court and one for the OR?
Thank youWent Bankrupt on 24th July 20130 -

you will need to take 3 copies of 6.27, and also 3 copies of 6.28 to the court, and only one copy of ex160
they will keep 2 of them (for themselves and the OR) and hand back one copy of 6.27 and 6.28 to you after they have stamped it
don't sign them until the court clerk checks them through, and dont be too concerned for tomorrow, its a very straight forward process

Most courts now ask you to provide 3 copies.
Used to be the case that some courts only asked for 1, and then they made the 2 extra themselves. Certainly did for me. Cost cutbacks seem to have put an end to that now though.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

The court I went to charged .50p per sheet, the form was 30 pages long! I was very glad I had read on here to print 3 copies, £32 for 64 sheets of paper = ouch!0

Glad I asked that I will make sure I take all 3 copies with me, of both forms 50p a page if they charge that at mine would be a lot of extra money just for not printing it out at home.Went Bankrupt on 24th July 20130

Thank you sunshine and rain, I am very happy with all the help I have got on this board, wouldn't have known how to fill them forms out without everyone's help.
I have now printed all the forms and filled them all in, roll on tomorrow 10am...Went Bankrupt on 24th July 20130 -
Web to the court this morning to petition for bankruptcy, only I can pick a day when they don't have a judge there.
They have taken my forms and I have paid the fee but have to go back on Wednesday at 10am for the hearing I did get told the judge probably wouldn't want to see me but just in case.
I thought it would be over today they did have an appointment tomorrow on my birthday but I have to go to Jon centre at that time so couldn't make it.

Sorry that its not over yet but Wednesday will be here before you know it!
Did they accept your remission?
