seems to be a new bug in the quick reply box, you need to enter two returns to get a space between lines on text ??
like this (had to hit return twice)
edit :- think i explained it wrong, in the reply box, it shows extra lines , seems to be an extra line while editing that vanishes when you close the edit box ...Ex forum ambassador

I think the new site is much brighter and better than before, but have one bug-bear which is the speed it takes for the pages to load (it's not my computer - I view the site on both my new computer at home and my work one). I know there is a lot of content to load, but it gets a bit tedious when I am searching for something - can anything be done to speed it up?0

no! what browntoa is refering to is the spacing problem between paragraphs. before the upgrade, pressing return would put your new paragraph onto a new line, leaving a line's gap when the sentence you had just finished, and the sentence you were about to start. now, it places it directly onto the line below the completed sentence, meaning that you have you press return twice to make it clear where your one paragraph ends and your next begins.southernscouser wrote: »Does it?

EDITED TO ADD: just re-read your posts and realised whet you meant. it may have been normal for you in the past, but it certainly wasnt for me, nor browntoa evidently. and its getting on me tits. same as the times new roman thing - serif font is not very kind on the old eyes
