Paid stuff done.
WM emptied and refilled.
DW emptied again.
Filled a carrier with rubbish in a 5 minute sweep around downstairs.
I need to find some food, I'm starving then to throw a cake together for DS1 who has vanished.

Dh has a date booked for his deep ct scan to see if they can find out the cause of this awful pain he's getting, 2 weeks till it happens, I'm hoping they find something cos thats a whole lot better than them finding nothing

House is a tip but is tooooooo hot to do anything - will have to wait till the evening

boys fed, virus check done washing hung out stairs dysoned downstairs swept through, banisters dusted and polished mirror and pictures in hall clean. threw some old photos out (scenery, old school zoo and farms trips etc with no people on)

HHC at 1.45 to wash up, anyone in?
thank you all for the company on the others, it really does help motivate and get me moving.
stay away till after parents are back vibes for Bossys boy next door. LOL would love to be a fly on the wall when his parents get home. but it will probably all be blamed on someone else if theythink hes such an angel.

FIL has just been and taken my car for it's MOT, MIL is meeting him there in her car, to take hime home. He's left me his keys (I am insured), we've put the kids seats in and he told me not to be faffing about with buses in the morning :A He is borrowing MILs car to go golfing in the morning. Bless them!

MIL has said she will speak to neighbour if I'm worried but I think it'l be ok. And they appear to have a big boys bike for DS!

Back to work!

I'm boiling but I'm not going to give up the cleaning. I'm just taking frequent short breaks and drinking plenty

Bathroom, Hall, Stairs and Study/PC Area
Wash and replace towels/flannels/bath mats with clean ones
Clean bath/shower/sink and toilet
Clean window
Clean the windowsills
Extras..

• Wipe skirting boards up the stairs
• Clean fingerprints off light switches and doors.

Master bedroom and Landing
Check firealarms are working, change battery if necessary.
Make bed
Polish furniture
Clean glass and mirrors - make them twinkle
Extras:

• HHI
• Clean windows in these rooms
• Clean light switch of hand prints or smudges

Those frightening kids rooms
Polish furniture
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
Change bed
Clean fingerprints off light switches/doors/walls
Clean under the bed - I know it's scary but it does have to be done.
Extras

• Clean windows
• Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
• HHI

Living Room and Entance/Porch
Clean cobwebs
Dust windowsills and front door
Clean and dust shiny things/mirror and glass
Clean lightswitches of hand prints or smudges
Move furniture, if safe to do so, and hoover underdeath
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
Clean under sofa/chair cushions
Wipe down light fixtures - make those bulbs shine at night!
Extras

• HHI
• Wash any cushions, throws etc that need it.

Kitchen
Wash knick-knacks/canisters
Mop/brush floor
Clean sink and draining board
Clean microwave inside and out
Empty fridge, clean shelves and doors and move any nearly out of date stuff to front to use up next.
Clean under sink - throw away any manky looking bottles/rags etc..
Straighten drawers/cupboards
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards.
Extras

• Clean the hob
• Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps - make them twinkle!!
• Buy yourself some flowers from the shop.. your reward for making the kitchen shine!

I'll have to stop soon to eat as I've not had lunch yet, but I'm going to finish my room first. It'll be nice to go to sleep in a spotless room

Main pc keeps crashing - think it is power supply or fan. Really annoying as I have stuff I need to do on there.

Going to wash up next and then bottle the cordial.

Just had the dogs out there and there is a spit of rain in the air! It's quite overcast so I'm expecting a downpour which means I won't have to water the garden.
Off to put the ironing board up and do the wee bit I have in the basket.
HHC starting now if anyone wants to join me!

Two bathrooms, a shower room and a bedroom sink sort of done, floors an' all. I've also washed the kitchen floor because it is at eye height when people sit at the dining room table, which they are a bit at the moment and it's been a week (or three) since it was last mopped. :whistle: I've also got rid of the the worst of the black cat and dog hairs on the stairs that were starting to turn into a tide mark. :whistle: I've also realised that I forgot R's towels this morning, so that'll be a fourth load later, with this summer dress and my underwear as I am absolutely boiled.

Hot as dogs here. In fact, so hot that the dog didn't even bother to follow me downstairs the last time I went, with the result that she didn't realise I'd gone to the other house, cleaned there, got back and pegged out the third load.

ive just watered tubs and pots that are in shade on front, all washing up done cupboard/drawer fronts and work surfaces, DD3 phoned load in wm & kitchen and hall floors mopped.

will clear our floordrobe now as DH will be home in less than 1/2 hour.

Hi all

I am in this week, to start my battle against the dog hair! At work all day - my room is roasting, even with the windows open so my poor clients won't be appreciating it.

On my own tonight as OH is working away so will be trying my best to follow the entire list in between feeding myself and the dog, walking the dog and getting some work done!

The one thing I can do at work is get some emails deleted so will start that now!

Manic Monday - Hall, Stairs, Landing and Study/Desk
Only got 15 minutes..
