thank you for the company ionafan, i ended up getting distracted by the drum kit, so that now has sound muffling mats and a rug under it and is set up reasonably ok, still missing the high hat DS1 lent to a friend but at least it can be practiced on now. setting DS2 the challenge of at least an hour a week through the hols - my neighbours will hate me (hence the matting under it.) i think they dont mind really ive told them to knock if our musicians ever bother them (with piano ukuleles guitars singing and didgeridoos i wouldnt want to live next to me!!) luckily they are out most of the day and our other nieghbours are the local park and an increasingly noisy pub.

this HHC im doing the bathroom and our room
at some point ill also have to do the landing again as i keep putting things out there if they are in the wrong rooms.
also have a rubbish bag on the door handle.

    another HHC at 11.45 anyone?

    Morning! (Just)

happy birthday to your DS1 mumto5

Getting some paid stuff done, but WM on and all windows open. Fresh air! (not contaminated ;))

Neighbour update: all was quiet if foggy last night. It must be strong stuff, as the idiot has gone off to *wherever* this morning, and left the back garden in a state. Am hoping mum and dad get home before he does, as the twit has left on the garden table: a packet of ciggies all torn open to get the tobacco out, some roll up papers, empty drinks cans / glasses and get this, a small wad of notes. As in £20 notes. What a f e c k i n g n0b (please excuse my language).

I soooo hope they get back before him, but in case they don't, I've taken a picture over the fence ;)

Hope you all have a better day than he'll be having later :D

I did get a bit of paperwork done, mrs-mp, but also got distracted - making :coffee: and cold drinks for the workers, and sorting out Freecycled goodies aka vanity basin and bidet from the now-trashed bathroom.

Back to hunting down a fireplace and making phonecalls...
