Buffy - big plan there!
I suggest picking one or two, setting a time frame and some smaller goals and concentrate on those. That's how I finally managed to lose some weight, I just focused on that and put my other goals to one side for a while. Hopefully I will reach my target by the end of the year and will then pick another big area, possibly my apartment and break that down into smaller goals
I think we can be alike in the fact that we set ourselves massive challenges to change our lives in 3 months then just get overwhelmed by the the sheer size of the task - so are then doomed to failure
Good luck sweetie :ASometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Sorry Shoe gal, I keep losing posts so was editing!
that was the plan I start almost a 100 days ago, all are on going and aside from the debt most things are going ok. Christmas should be doable, really I have to pay back my savings and of course the 0% CC.......
I was toying with the idea of a new diary you see, now with being paid weekly my plans are a bit different. I am sort of used to it. Had money left from last month so already have 3/4 of my bills money for the month. need to be careful cos I don't get paid for half term so will have 3 wks money- same thing will happen over Christmas so need to keep a float in the rent account to cover this.
I don't think I will start a new diary. I am still debating re paying off cc with "savings" but since it is at 0%, my income is variable and the savings are in an isa............
No I am going to carry on........
finishing my tea first of course!

£4780.13
That is my current debt total.
If I pay off 100 pounds a week it will take me about a year!
However that is realistic. given that I need to make sure summer is not going to scupper me, no pay in August (and July possibly) so need to cover that out my budget too.
so I think that is what I will do. The debt is a complete pain but it is now at 0% so lets go with paying 100 a week and ensuring I don't need to borrow more to survive the summer.
it's free listing on e bay for me I think........might give that a look tonight.

Quick up date,
NSD yesterday.
Went to Sains bugs today
spent 32.71
and got 1.95 off next week.
However did buy a mop head and rinse aid for Mum, so am quite pleased. I have breakfast for the next two weeks and lunch for this week and the weekend plus gp food for the week. I also have a new notepad - ok didn't need it but welllllllllll.
am never going on a sunday again. It was literally like the end of the world in there!
best get on with the tidying plan this afternoon XXXXNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Haven't actually moved, tried to sell stuff on preloved and the pictures wouldn't load.
then I put a new pic on the dating website and no I don't know why really, spent the morning to trying to find my Indian friend to check he wasn't in the typhoon thingy(he is fine) but also had to fend off perverts.....so what I hoped to achieve by putting a pic up I have no clue.
so having a slight fit of no one loves me.
Bah!
I am going to tidy. Extensively.
Bloody internet is a pain in the !!!!.
sometimes. of course I like it here.
