You have to play the system.
You don't get any points for being sensible and logical.
I was on JSA a few years ago, and I could see quite quickly how the process worked.
Some weeks, I couldn't find enough 'suitable' jobs that I was qualified for, so, despite having only GCSE'S I was applying for jobs paying 80k+!
Obviously no chance of getting it, but it meant that I could always prove that i've applied for enough jobs .
It's a big box-ticking exercise. Play the game.0 -

Yet another great tip to sidestep feeble-minded JSA staff who are only thinking of their iPhone5 bonus...0 -
Right where do i begin?
Ever heard the saying beggars cant be choosers?
You may not like care work, but i can tell you now its a damn site easier getting a job when your already in one to begin with.
A 3 mile bus ride? o didums if it costs too much then walk it! problem solved it will only take an hour each way!
Your moaning about immigrants yet your not prepared to do the work because its below you.
You are just about to hit a GOLD MINE of work! if you live anywhere near the country side its about to be harvest season the farms should of got most of there staff ready but people allways drop out at the last minute! You would probably spend most of the day carting (dont worry they supply the tractor and trailer and put you on their insurance).
Although its minimum its long hours so you do make a decent chunk of change in a month.
There are a lot of people here who will give people jobs from this forum, but im afraid you've alienated yourself as your attitude stinks!0 -
