Now i can only get the internet to work on the old Gprsconnect.com
i have tried everything including below

I did try to contact Ovivo but the person i got was OK but He kept telling me to do a hard-reset if I do that it will wipe everything and put the phone back to default

To be honest i might have to try that if i can't get the Ovivomobile.com working as a last result.

That sounds like a network account setting from the PAC in, something has gone awol/astray and it needs checked by provisioning team at Ovivo (which being a MVNO provisioning is probably via Vodafone and its prob run by a third party idiot company with monkeys and peanuts as the Vodafone standard)

Before anything what profiles/APN choices do you have in the phone ? Delete them all - the Ovivo staff member is just trying to shortcut the deletion/s by a hard reset, that's all very well if you don't mind losing EVERYTHING on your phone settings and that may include files/contacts/emails/texts.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

I have deleted all apart from Ovivo internet & mms so only have the 2 in there

I think you are right because was all working up until the number port so as to be something to do with that

I will give them a ring again and see what they say.

Thinking back, I have just remembered seeing a report on the Ovivo website about them being aware of problems for subscribers using the "ovivomobile.com" APN if they had ported a number in to Ovivo, and that the problem was being worked on.

This was about 3 weeks ago or so, I can't find the page now, but it is probably worth asking their CS to check with their Tech Support about APN problems with a ported in number.
