Have you tried following sdduk's actions and spoken to Ovivo CS technical?Phone Ovivo today and explained to them my internet will only working on the old gprsconnect.com setting
The lady i spoke to was helpful and said some android phones are having problem with the Ovivomobile.com settings she said she will report it to the Tech Support and they should ring me back sometime today (fingers cross) won't hold my breath
She was a lot better then the last person i spoke to seem to know a little more and didn't even say anything about hard-resting the phone.Just a quick update my phone is now running fine:j
Ovivo did get back to me but i missed the call but the lady i spoke to earlier left a voice message just to say it should be running now and if i have any more trouble just give them a ring

I have same problem . number ported over . internet won't work
I rang Ovivo in the end and they must have done something because it works fine now
It must be something to do with the porting may be they re-done it again and that's why my phone started working on the settings
They did say that they were having trouble with some phones

To be honest i can't see what sending a screen shot is going to do unless its to make sure you have put the settings in right
The first person i spoke to was not that good at his job but he was not rude but saying that all mobile custom service have good and bad just read on this forum
Have you tried deleting all the settings apart from Ovivo settings?
Also have you download the Tweakker app? and tried that it puts the Ovivo settings in for you.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

deleted all settings and put the ovivo settings in again. actually doesnt say that the mobile network doesmnt connect but just wont connect to the internet.
when i tried before with the settings it said cannot connect. this time it looks fine but just doesnt work. hopefully they will sort as i only need internet on that phone for whats app and emails coming in.0 -

Is your signal ok were you live? because its not that good where i live
I only use my Ovivo phone when i can't get a signal off my other phone when out and about
I would get back on to Ovivo tomorrow if you can't get it working and hopefully you get a better person on the custom service.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.

i wil await a customer service reply first from email... its clear they need to resend the signal or something0

thanks my phone was an ex voda contract
i know they stipulate unlocked but thats ok right as they run on voda0 -
Sorted itself out today .
Final question the online account checker shows more data used than the SMS text. Which ones right ?0
