what do you do these summer evenings?

I'll confess to sitting in plenty with the computer or TV.

The garden doesn't get the sun in the evening, so we walk up the top of the hill with a picnic and some bubbly and our next plan is to take a poundland BBQ although some people say they are not very good.

Lots of sitting and reading for us.

Work quite a lot :-(

If not working, disappear on the horse for a couple of hours. Run. Sit in the garden with dinner and a glass of wine.

Just like winter I tend to work late, make tea and clean.

To be honest it doesn't bother me what the weather is doing...especially not on a weekday after work when life still has to keep ticking along.

I like the sun on a weekend when I can take it a bit easier or sunbathe at the castle up the road.

But equally I love winter when it's raining hard and your tucked in bed listening to it hammering on window. Or putting the fire on and bringing the duvet down onto the sofa.

Any weather's fine by me. The only thing about hot weather is the incessant need to go on and on and ON about it! And at the moment I'm pregnant so I hate it!
