we sit in the garden, go for walks, sometimes take our tea out and eat it out, put the little table and chairs in the back of the back, etc.
What do others do? So much better than winter evenings in front of the fire.

We old fogeys sit in front of the TV with our laptops and my husband falls asleep.:oThe forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Something similar actually! After dinner is eaten and dishes/kitchen cleaned, OH and I would usually make a cuppa and sit either out the back or the front of the house
Now and again we'll go out a skoot on his motorbike and maybe grab a coffee out. Anything to stay outside!!
EDIT:
When I said me and OH sit outside to enjoy our cuppas, I really only mean me. Usually I end up sitting beside OHs cup, because he aye spies some flower/weed/leaf/tree/grass that needs attending tooWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Cycle. A lot.
If you don't get out and do something when the weather is like this, you have absolutely no right to moan when the weather is !!!! all winter!0 -
Out at a beer garden. Can't beat it.0

All year we shift literally tonnes of muck about, slash at weeds, dig, fell trees, prune, plan, move stuff, propagate, spend inordinate amounts of money, wrap things in straw, fleece, lift ridiculously heavy pots with things slightly too tender for our location into barns, then hoist them out again....then realise we've brought them out to early and repeat.
This time of year, now, in and the evenings I am senjoying just LOOKING AT IT FOR A WHILE! I get great wifi in my garden and can read, play with the cats and dogs and through the day keep an eye on my microbusiness from their too.
Actually, morning and evening I go around with snipers and my first and last drink of the day (rosemary tea, a coffee, a glass of wine.....whatever I fancy.....not wine for breakfast though) and dead head.. It means I get up close and personal with the things I have pampered for so long.

I quite often have a swimming lesson, tae kwondo, after school activity, so my evening are spent the same, whether it is raining or sunny. On the odd night we don't have anything, we leave the front door open, let the children play out and sit out in the front yard watching the world go by. Our back garden is being done up so we are limited with what we can do. Some evenings we go to my sisters, who has a lovely garden and a trampoline.
Fridays we go to the local for a drink outside, while the kids play, hoping to do that this Friday0 -
We have been eating outdoors too and just relaxing while the kids play away, last night after we cleared up after dinner we went a long walk, makes such a difference getting outdoors especially with small children!0

When we were young we used to take the kids out for drives in the countryside on summer evenings. Seems a lifetime away now.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Ohhh I must get into the habit (find time!) to take evening walks. Time just escapes us, hopefully in the summer holidays it will be like this too.
Bed time has gradually got later as it is and my kids need their sleep....0 -
I am enjoying making the most of this gorgeous weather. This week I have been for a run, gone for a swim, been for a lovely walk on the downs, enjoyed a barbeque in the garden, and tomorrow I am off to the beach with the kids for a picnic and a paddle in the sea. Love it when they are tucked up in bed and I can laze in the garden with a glass of wine and totally relaxThe best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0
