Bridal alterations NOT attached to a bridal shop

I had my wedding dress altered by Alterations Boutique. I had to have 2 fittings with them but I felt the whole process went very smoothly. They quoted me £250 to shorten 3 layers and taking in the sides which I thought was quite reasonable. My initial consultation took approximately 30 minutes and it was free of charge. The bridal seamstress was absolutely lovely and very very skillful.0
