I know someone who does bridal wear & alterations in the North London area.
She may be making my dress & she's very good.
Her website it not fully up & running yet as it's still being made, but this is no reflection of her level of experience.
Am I allowed to put it up here?

I'm looking for some alterations to be done for my wedding dress (take up and take in on the back) in the SW London area (happy to go to Central London etc.). Would rather have a recommendation rather than use someone that I don't know the work of. Can anyone advise, please?

Hi all, I'm new to all this, getting married in 7weeks and desperately in need of someone to alter my dress. I live in Basildon Essex, but work in Southend Essex. Please please please does can someone recommend someone to alter my dress? it needs a good 6 inches or so taking off the bottom.

I know a great Alterations place in London that altered my wedding dress. They are called Alterations Boutique. They are based in Marylebone, Westminster. Their number is 020 7724 4147.

Thanks for this! :A Just booked an appointment for my daughter, her previous dressmaker has cancelled due to ill health in the family and the wedding is 23rd June so we were starting to panic! They sound lovely on the phone and we are delivering the dress to them this weekend.

If anyone can recommend someone in the Tamworth / Lichfield area, that would be great. I have contacted one, but her email back to me was so unprofessional that I can't bring myself to use her (pedantic I know, but if she can't get an email right, I'm not trusting her with over a grands worth of dresses)

can any one recommend someone in the coventry area, got my sisters dress for bargin on ebag but being short legged we need someone to take the front of my sister wedding dress is about 2ines to big, the backs not to bad as has a tie on for dancing.thanks
