Sounds like a busy day for you Snd. Hope the training day isn;t too boring, but at least you have a trip to the hairdressers to look forward to.

Hi everyone, apologies for the delay in replying.SnD, dd is hoping to get some books off a friends son who has just finished the same course at Sheffield. We had a few problems with her results this morning. No result for one of her subjects, because some of the data is missing. The exam board never contacted the school, so the first they knew about it was today. The data has been sent to them but there is no guarantee the result will be back today. So Sheffield can't confirm her place, although it is being held for her.
Well I'm off for a cup of tea now, all this one fingered typing has worn me out:rotfl:

How stressful for you clyndu. Hope it is sorted very soon for you and DD. This is a stressful enough time for you without added stress like this.

Absolutely shattered this evening. Had a really long, tiring training day, not boring at all, in fact quite interesting, but it should be a 3 day course and our boss will only pay for 1 day training, so very rushed. Just been talking to one of my colleagues and she felt the same as me, that bits of it made sense, but when we actually come to try and use it next week, not so sure how much we will remember. There was no time for any questions either, they were meant to be at the end, but there was no time to spare!

Morning all, got a really wet miserable day here today, but off to the shops later and to see mum. Hope the weather clears up for the weekend.
