We had to clear our loft out years ago (been in same house over 20 years) when we had some more loft insulation put in. Amazing how much clutter can gather up there. It needs another really good clear out again!

We have a fair bit up there, growing collection of Xmas decs, VCR etc, but in my defence half of it is prob car boot stuff, empty moving boxes and stuff the previous occupant left behind that I can't be bothered to move. Plus the cold water tank is slap bang in the middle of the loft and takes up a fair bit of room.

What OH doesn't know is all the stuff I still have at my mums

We had the same thing with the cold water tank until we had a new boiler (due to extension). Wow, the extra room was incredible. I stuck some boards down and now we can have three times as much junk up there :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Good morning kerri and Jeferey

Woke to to what looks like will be a nice day, sunshine and a bit warmer too.

My loft is so cram packed full its terrible. My ds and dh hate to throw things away, in case its needed. lol. we have boxes of old toys, records, books, you name it. Every now and then my ds will pull some stuff out and we will throw it. Last year he got down a bin bag of old cushions I didn;t even know were up there. My garage is just as bad, my ds built shelving down one side, floor to ceiling, and now its completely full and still got boxes on the floor.

Good morning guys

yesterday was a good day for drying the laundry, got 4 loads washed and dried. Got another to do today. Is this it, summer, if it is i hope it stays for a while. lol.

Might get a bit more weeding in today as its so nice.

Morning CW and Kerri.
Cloudy today but still watered new grass this morning as it looked a bit dry. Watered at allotment last night too. Put some sweetcorn in and planted a few sweet peas.

Jeferey when you say sweet peas, do you mean the flowers or peas to eat. lol. Not sure which one you mean. I love the flowers called sweet peas, really pretty and flower for ages.

It was sunny most of yesterday but so windy and cold with it. It did dry a lot of my washing but had to put plenty of pegs on everything or it would have blown away. Looks a lot better today, its sunny and feels a little warmer.
