Evening, was warm and quite sunny today - got a wash out and dried too which is good as our wash basket seems to be like the magic porridge pot.
Not sure where I'd put our horsey deposits to rest - perhaps I'll stick to the tea leaves for the moment
busy day at work and just back from pole so off to bed soon. Roll on the weekend!Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Good morning guys
Sunny atm here but we are due rain later. Think we have only had 2 days in the last month when we didn;t get some rain. Roll on summer.
I know what you mean about washing kerri. No matter how many loads I do as soon as I turn around there's more there again. My basket doesn;t stay empty for long. lol.

Good morning kerri and Jeferey
We had rain till lunchtime yesterday, not sure what today will bring as yet, its a bit cloudy. When will summer come, its so cold I keep putting the heating on.
My ds has replaced all the architrave around the 5 doors upstairs now, but we need one more piece of skirting, we can;t count as are one short. lol. Made a bit of a mess of the walls around the doors but it won;t matter as it needs some replastering/skimming anyway. Just hate the mess it all causes.

Morning all! Well it was quite a nice day here yesterday. My outdoor beans are growing well and my indoor ones really need to be potted out. Tomatoes are coming along so there's hope for those too. Bit overcast today but supposed to be dry.
Spent yesterday tidying upstairs and trying to clear some stuff, got some new shelves a while back, they are now in a diff room to where I planned but look good. Still a few boxes of 'stuff' to decide what to do with. That's the one thing we really lack in the house is storage, need a big cupboard for 'things '. I know some would say if you don't use it, throw it ,but this is stuff like crystal glasses we got given when we got engaged. They're not really our everyday taste, but I don't want to chuck them. They're actually still in the same moving box from when we moved into the flat before here, a total of c. 13 years ago lol.
With you on the decorating thing CW always a mess before the end result. Will be worth it though.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Morning kerri and Jeferey
you made me laugh kerri. Keeping glasses in the packing case for 13 years. I don;t know why its funny as I moved into this house 18 years ago and there are a few boxes in the loft we never got around to opening. Goodness knows whats in them. lol. Does that make me a mad hoarder. lol.
It will be months before the house is tidy again, were not exactly fast at doing things like decorating but the worst bit is the amount of plastering that needs doing and its such a mucky job.

If it makes you a hoarder cw then makes me one too...so no you're not :rotfl: I appreciate them as s gift, but they're just not the type of thing we use everyday,we rarely hsve special dinners so no point getting them out for those either, and part of me thinks, what's the point of unpacking them then, to pack up again when we next move. They're in s fairly small box, I should prob just put them in the loft out of the way.
I'm sure all the decorating mess will be worth it, just not much fun living through it all the time. I don't know how these people manage who spend years renovating a property whilst having no full bathroom, kitchen, sleeping on the floor etc.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Morning CW and Kerri (your veg sounds like it's coming along nicely
):D
We had to clear our loft out years ago (been in same house over 20 years) when we had some more loft insulation put in. Amazing how much clutter can gather up there. It needs another really good clear out again! If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0
