Snap, that's what's in my wallet now
I also use a Br3wer's Fayr3 sometimes and we sometimes get new family member's with a birthday that matches our visit
Did you know there is a deal with xbox etc games where you get 500 points for pre ordering them atm in Tesco. I did a couple last time there was an offer like that and it paid for most of my new hudl.
Morning CW[/QUOTE]
People aren't buying the games just the pre order slip which costs £5 and then binning them. Really it's buying points, £5 worth of points for £5 but then obviously worth more even if just double them up like I did for the hudl. I don't have any games console, don't understand or want one.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Mornig all. Been too tired to lig in and post.
Been doing a lot of extra travelling viabpublic transport and walking.
CW fingers crossed DS gets rid of all the little blighters. Don't worry too mch qbout the leaves. Other people have managed to kerp their plants alive and thy have grown back.
Wull send your plant healing to make it grow.
Weather is great here.

I'm trying yo look for a nrw job. Found a great one workig frim home vut they want evenings too and I cant commit tp that.
Need something local or feom home because of DS and preferably school hours.0 -
Sell the slips rather than binning thrm.
We have a wii and a few ganes for DS on that like Mario Kart. But I am not goung diwn the xbox route. Rather DS olayed with his buses and cars and outside.
I difnt have all that groeing up and didnt harm me.
Although DS wants a tablet and Daddy wont buy him obe as says he will just olay games all the time. But he does mathletics through the school and it is very good. His maths has improved because of it
And I teach him things like how tp research thw world cup etc.
Next step is to teach him to touch type.0 -
I see Blue - makes sense now!
Aesop - i'd rather they were outside too - FD loves making mud pies at the allotment, helping to water, planting stuff etc.If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Good morning guys
My ds was poorly yesterday, upset tum and the runs, sure it was the heat but he seems ok today so far.
It was so hot yesterday I got 4 lots of washing line dried, great as hate it drying in the house.
Hope you find the perfect job soon Aesop, not just in school hours but one that pays double the last one. lol. we can but wish eh.
Call you "old" Blue, never. lol.
Jeferey - your right about children playing out. I lived in a city as a child but my fondest memories of childhood are of us kids playing out. Playing rounders in the street. Walking a few miles to what we called the landslide, it was the banks of a river, boy did we come home mucky but we climbed trees, played in streams, made little dams with stones and twigs. Great times.
Much healthier for kids that stopping in and playing games on a games console or something.

We used to play out either on our bikes or down by the river. I remember filling jam jars full of frog spawn amongst other things. I don't know if it is that it is much more dangerous for kids out now due to the weirdos etc around or just that they don't like the simple stuff like we did that they are inside so much.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Our memories of childhood are so much better than todays children.
How many kids today will look back with fond memories of sitting alone in their bedroom playing computer games.
No, our memories of childhood are so nicer.
