Hmm I tried that in branch and they didn't know about the first offer. I'm contacting Carphone Warehouse online to see what they say.

Check a few of my last posts in last few days to confirm ^that email as its from memory. Tiscali email is having a hissy fit (again!) and I cant copy and paste it

Really helpful guy and I dealt with his personal assistant after his initial reply and short explanation of the situation between us a few emails he thanked me for making him aware and then he ASKED me if he may pass it to his PA to deal with That's what a great CE does, listens to customers (not shy away) and learns from the ground up about how his company is dealing and responding to the consumer and then passes to a person he knows is competent to complete.
