Good news
- have paid £225.92 of CC2 (to clear in the next few days) taking it down £201.09.... only another £137 to find this month and I can knock another month off...
Bad news  - its may day off tomorrow and I have LOADS to do - will do a list in the next post.
GREAT news - Daddy Bear came out of hospital today after being given the all clear:T :j He will have meds to take for the rest of his life, but if they keep him alive, he's happy with that! Silly man tried to give me money for the 'unbudgetted expense' as he put it- told him where to stick it (in a polite way of course, he is my Dad after all!) and that its pay back for all the unbudgetted expense I had cost him in the past. Love him :kisses3:
Loan payment comes out tomorrow, so another £223.25 off the debt totaland have just remembered that I need to pay the council tax

Well done on the debt reduction, that's fab! :T And I'm glad your Dad is home, that must be a weight off your mind.
Hope you're okay, and try not to overdo it tomorrow!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Aims for May:
> List more things on eBay
> Sort out insurances (car+b/down, dog and contents) plus look into Life Insurance for both of us
> Sort out MOT
> Phone Vodafone and find out when my contract is up
> Phone Thames Water and get my credit back (apparently 3 letters isn't enough:mad: )
> Cancel two CCs, leaving the last two to be paid, plus my 'spends' card - altho its not allowed out to play until after we are DF!
> Re-list Amazon items
> Get OH sorted for Childcare Vouchers
> Get MAC code from AOL and switch to our free BB on Sky'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -

Ok, I been having quite a few downs lately but am trying to really get back on making the extra money. I have at least been payin my monthly CCCS payment so at least the debt has been going down, just not as fast as it could do!
I must get listing more items on ebay and I will be looking to make sure you have listed yours as well!!:D£23366/ £39206.92 DFD Nov 20160 -
Haven't managed to get anything listed on either ebay or Amazon yet, but I will try to get some pictures done tomorrow night and maybe list on Saturday night or Sunday - I am feeling very drained atm and just can't find the motivation to do much at all!
Dad is out of hospital, will be on meds of one kind or another for the rest of his life, but he is ok and on the mend, and thats what counts. Took him shopping today (it feels really weird saying that!) as he's not allowed to drive for 4 weeks I think....
Banked the cheque for £500 that he gave me for the car stuff.... have decided, after the poll, to spend it on the car stuff then split whatever is left between me and the debt... Realised last night that my ins is actually due at the end of this month, so after doing all the searches etc, I have just bought 3rd p, f & t from Lloyds for £1890.60 with *hopefully* £80 cash bach through Quidco. Just got to wait for the renewal notice for the car tax now, and search for cheap breakdown cover....
One CC is below £200 now, after I paid the £1.94 Quidco money from this month off it! That'll reduce my DFD by 33 seconds, so must remember to update the snowball!
Think thats it for now, off to catch up...'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
Hi sarah, good to hear about your dad. Good choice with the car money, sounds like a plan. Would you have anything left in your 'car' account after paying for insurance etc? Also that insurance is really really high! Do you know why this is? Can you reduce it at all? Every luttle helps regarding the £1 odd. Hope C is ok
take care :A0 -

take care :ASorry hun, thats meant to say £180.66..... I would die if my ins was £1890, I only drive a banger! I have about £600 in my car account, not including the money my Dad gave me, so providing nothing goes wrong at the MOT, I should come out with a fair bit left in... then I have to decide what to do with the extra - do I not pay into it for the next few months and throw the excess at the debt
I'll see when I know how much is left.
C is great, he's turning into a real monster! We bought him a car ball pit a few weeks ago, and Dan put it up on Monday while I was at work..... takes up half the living room! Will put it outside once we get the garden a bit more sorted! C loves it tho, will have to post a pic when I download it..
How's you? Seems like ages since I've 'seen' you, except in passing x'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0
