*blows the dust off*
Nothing too much exciting to report really..... OH is back on board again after the tv blowout... he is on his last packet of cigarettes and gives up (again) after that. He has been 'testing the water' by going whole days without cigs, and thinks he can do it this time
I hope he does, I will try to support him as best I can
Moneywise, fished £194 out of my Terramundi, £110 in £2s and the rest in £1s, 50ps and 20ps..... Didn't particularly want to do it, but I am so paranoid that OH will fish them out and spend them! I'm don't think he would, but I still worry! It does take my Olympic challenge total to the bronze goal though!:j
Back down to two credit cards, as we transferred the £800 tv (and £300 we also managed to spend  ) onto my Egg card (CC2), as it has a 0% for 7 months deal, and this gives me a target to aim for with paying off the CCs - CC1 is 4.9% for 60 months and the loan only has 6 more payments left before it is gone :T
That gives me just 6 months to find £2318.26 to pay off the cards  I'm sure if I pull my finger out it can be done
Oh and most excitingly (and equally scary for me!) I have cut up all my cards! I still have one in my purse for 'real' emergencies, but its cut in two so I can't use it in the shops! OH also knows that its a 'no credit cards at all' few months now, until all the debt is gone! It is a bit scary because I have never been without an 'emergency cc' - but look at the mess that got us into! Even if we end up raiding all the change jars, there will be no CCs at all
I also snipped the card for the bills account (which ended up the month at only -£40 instead of the -£250 I thought it would be, due to counting error on my part
) so no temptation there - in a REAL cash emergency, I do have a cheque book I can draw cash from....
Got loads of things to eBay, and was gonna start tomorrow, but OH's DS1 is coming over to stay, so my hand is forced into housework so he has somewhere to sleep!:o Will have to save those for another day..... but another day very soon!
Will stop waffling now, have a little more reading to catch up on then some tv to watch before bed
