    A 14-15 inch alloy will weigh in for £4-5 and get £40 on Ebay so there is a market out there.

    Do people actually still steal standard alloys from old cars?

    Maybe I've lived in the country too long.:o
    yep sell the tyres for part worn and have the alloys scrapped thats £25 per wheel
