What are you taking lol, give me some!
For mis-selling a contract ? How do you do such payments when Stop The Clock is worth MEGA every month ? The approved retailer was a Vodafone introduction not a reseller, their commission would not cover the cost, neither would pay/credit the cost of me using STC out of my 500 minutes during what would have been STC times & John and Vodafone Dealer Support even contacted the retailer and said no we dont do that plan with STC and unlimited texts.

But neither party cared or was interested, I got stuck with a mis-sold contract, Vodafone 191 ultimate solution was give it to a friend/relative to use and pay off KNOWING it was mis-sold.
Ignored letters to Vodafone. And Vodafone had the cheek to harass myself for payment on my mobile number tbey had for contact.

STC not compatible with unlimited texts....plan does not exist, Vodafone cannot apply both together on account and Vodafone would not move me to top tier plan with discount to £40 to compensate no STC available.

    Contract as advertised and contracted:
    Vodafone Anytime 500 + 3000 Text + Stop the Clock + Free
Unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls with New VF
    Family £40/Month (18)

I asked both parties to give me what the contract stated, neither would, Vodafone even paid the introduction commission to the retailer and I got my perfect credit file torn to shreads.

Lee and Buzby enquired or made comment on from my comment/s to do with original problems had with Vodafone porting in a number from 3, its all kind of linked in a way but not true to the topic I agree. Perhaps you think Voda Rep Lee would have been best not posting here, I have no problem with such but its courses for horses isnt it!?

    Hi all,

For clarification, my initial post in this thread was in reply to the OP posting this last week.

Diamonds, our registered address is Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN.

From what you've posted it's clear that your case has been ongoing for some considerable time.

However, as your intention now is to try and seek some redress via a court claim I'm sure you'll appreciate that it wouldn't be appropriate for me to comment any further on this.

    Kind regards,

    Lee
