Thanks for that Lee, screenshot taken as proof for Diamonds v Vodafone considering the breaches of mis-selling your MSE username allowed to happen. You are indeed DIRECT Vodafone employees.

If your concerns relate to an account you have or have had with us could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Of course Lee, MSE Vodafone Company Rep is DIRECT employees.

If you look back my history Lee I'm sure you find it, the V rep refused to do anything to sort out my issues then, and paid the approved third party commission AFTER knowing I was mis-sold and Vodafone could not honour the contract because it was not 'technically' possible to give such a priceplan and I got left with a mis-sold contract with Vodafone UK approval.
And I have had to send copies of the mis-selling evidence to get approved for credit over 6 years which were mostly refused.

Your several debt collection companies hand it back when presented with evidence, only for you to send it on again, the roundabout.

It's coming up for the notice of correction on my credit file to drop off, and time to small claims against Vodafone for knowingly letting a approved party to mis-sell, to refuse to null and void the unenforceable contract & damaging my credit file and worthiness with blatant disregard for due diligence, Sale of Goods Act, Distance Selling Regulations, and inaccurate data held under the Data Protection Act.

I've waited 6 years for this and given my circumstances made worse by Voda UK should be a very easy £5000 in small claims

Thanks for the offer though, shame it didnt get sorted by refusal to take any kind of appropriate action when I first WRT135 6 years ago!

You could however confirm your Registered Office to sent legal notice too, thanks

I've let it run and run and every debt collection has threw it back at Vodafone for the agreement on the facts above. Vodafone refused directly and through debt collection to cancel the debt and thus damaged my file for 6 years, the longer it has affected me the more Small Claims Court will rule in my favour to pick up the maximum award SCC can permit, not only that but a Sheriff Court in Scotland...

The evidence is all in emails received from MSE Vodafone Company Rep

Taking the coastal route is always more satisfying

To quote Vodafone Company Rep the solution which their retailer would not do and Vodafone would not enforce cancellation was:If it was me, I get them to either discount some of the cost, or, give a lump sum (but I’m an awkward git! Lol)
