I'm Going To Pay

Appreciate this goes against the grain and good advice given in these forums, as much as I hate these b@5tard5, I just can't be @r5ed with having an endless stream of diatribe shoved through the letter box.
So I've caved in and decided to pay CEL the £35. But to those who are going the 'Full Monty' I salute you and good luck.
I hope I live to see the day this pile of 5h1t wiped from the face of our planet, how do they sleep at night, I'll never know!!

Not sure why you posted this when we no longer say you should ignore and you do not have to put up with ANY letters.
2 appeals and it's cancelled. Read the current threads, easy. If you've only got a windscreen ticket at the moment wait for the first letter and then send the soft appeal as recommended everywhere on threads. Then a well-worded POPLA appeal copied from our examples, wins it AND costs the scammers money!
To pay a PPC is like sending money by Western Union to a Nigerian Prince who has a fortune waiting to be shared with you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Its easier now than it was. Ignore and receive empty threats for months was yesterday's advice yet it still probably works.....highly likely to work....just bin the letters, no money lost....now it an easy 'appeal' to the PPC then a stronger proper appeal to POPLA....both with help from regulars here....you win at POPLA....finished.....no money lost. Your way is certainly quick....but money lost. You have the right to choose. Best wishes.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -

You are a complete and utter idiot and a mug. I don't care if £35 doesn't mean much to you and you are happy to part with it.
The trouble with those who pay any PPC (being deliberately unspecific here) are supporting a corrupt and unethical industry, lining the pockets of cheats and bandits. There are many, many good causes who would love to have your £35.
Shame on you.0 -

Though is strongly put and probably going to cause to OP some hurt I have to agree with this. Its strongly put but meant to encourage the OP to stand up to these scammers. We can all be mugs and idiots at some time in our lives.....but coming here, seeing the free advice, getting free help from the regulars who give up their time and energy....but then post to say you are going to pay up...well....who can blame the above post?Got a ticket from ParkingEye? If you are for real, can I just say that's its your money and we don't twist anyone's arm with this. But can I just say if you pay they will be back for money as you are a payer. They will either say you missed the discount period, or next time you are in one of their car parks they will strike again. So you've been warned. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

It's your choice and obviously one that isn't going to be shared by the regulars here.
I can't understand why people in Milton Keynes pay the higher parking rate to be 20 yards nearer the shops than the standard rate, or why they don't park in the time-limited (2 hours) free car parks. But it's their choice and their money.
But, as said, it's a money saving site and I am surprised you joined up just to tell us you weren't of that disposition.
Thanks for the good wishes for our efforts - genuinely - and I think that you can be assured that the fight goes on.0 -

Thanks for the advice, but try finding extant information. It's all over the place, I've left it too long to appeal, have about 6 days torun till the 14 day period elapses, postal service is pants, so don't trust it.I've currently received letter 1, it was a pay and display and the phone option was not working, no change so took a risk, did not know it was ANRS. Severn Carpark bridge north, have proof I dialled the number to pay ( phone bill),however can't see these b@5tards giving anyleeway. And i agree with other posters I must be a mug. However my wife is in remission from the big C, 5 years clear, just trying to avoid stress. If I thought I could cause these !!!!ers some pain I would.0
