If you have 14 days to pay, I gather you got the notice to keeper within 14 days of the parking incident? And if so you can still send a challenge to them, and you can go to popla with our help to get this fake ticket cancelled. Why pay them anything when you can keep your money in your pocket?

Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

• But cel don't charge £35. Its ,,,£70

Why bother coming on here to say you are paying.

However beavis you could cause them some pain.

What was the date of the imcident and what was the date of The letter you got. Its all very easy to beat them

£35 is if I cough up with 14 days otherwise £70.
Incident 08/06
PCN? issue date 24/06

Why bother, because I hate the fact I'm even giving it some consideration and I want someone to bash me round the brain verbally ..that's why

Thank you for your payment, however you were to late to quality for the reduced rate, the balance of £35 is still outstanding...

So you got the fake ticket on Saturday 08/06, and the date of the letter is the 24/06, but when exactly did you receive this through the letterbox? And what is the date on the envelope it came in?

The reason I ask is because this could fail the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 before we even start.

No longer have the envelope, but we received it on the 25th, I have proof I dialled the number on that day.

Honestly I don't want to pay these w@n!er5

Which is why I'm immediately suspicious - Because the info is not all over the place - and we have spotted the stooges in umpteen other guises recently and I'm yet to be convinced this spate of "Its so confusing" posts is anything other than just their latest tactic?

if it's all 'over the place' it's because of the retards that turn up on here asking daft questions.
