Thats why I renewed with Plusnet yesterday after being with them a year with no problems whatoever on Broadband and home phone..UK call centres too!

I know this is a money saving site and I could have saved a few quid moving to Talk Talk but I just did not want to risk all the aggravation i've read about Talk Talk

Well I must say i'm over a week into my talktalk contract and everything went better than expected ! faster line speed on the broadband ,no problems with the phone and the £25 voucher arrived yesterday ,all in all well pleased. I know they receive a lot of bad press ,but does anybody ever report good service ?
