Hopefully the valid reason is a bit clearer now. But if you missed the comment due to mental health issues if our son cried or pooped he'd walk out, regardless of if that left the baby alone and in danger. Any other situation he could handle though, thus being allowed supervised visits. But the fact he's a risk has made him decide to not be physically involved in our sons life until the time comes that he isn't deemed a risk. He does however have contact with me regarding our son and sends gifts for the relevant occasions.

I hope this doesn't sound like I'm snapping out you, I'm really not. Its hard to pick up tones of voices via written word and I'm half asleep lol.

My sons sperm donor didn't have PR, they never consulted him or his family.

I've got my mums maiden name, have done since being registered, when she remarried, she didn't adopt me. The thought of having to adopt your own child just sounds ludicrous to me!
