Ok. I'm going to go for the jugular but I'm giving too much away to them so I'm going to ignore them. If the court think he's taking the mickey then excellent. There's a lot of discrepancies from the accounts and I don't think they are all complete.

Anyway, his disposable income means that he can still pay us a reasonable amount from what is left (even with the charity donation/clothes/haircuts).

I'll come back with all of the details. :D

    Thank you :)

I forbid you to back with all the 'gory' details. Public forum and all that.

But you must go for the jugular.

    Be creative.

Give us details but be quite vague.

    Anyone can read these forums.

Thank you. I didn't mean all of the details. If it can help someone else in the future who's in the same position then that's good. There's far too many families going through this

    This is true.

I forgot a word earlier on. I forbid you to 'write' back etc.

Yes I agree with you. Hopefully people will google and this thread will come out tops. But beware.

Exes can use the internet against the case through gleaning too much info.

However as you know every case is different so if peeps come to MSE they can post their individual cases, use the search function and so on.

I'm very careful on the net nowadays. Anon is the best way. People can be very nasty and they can trace your posts  but at least they can be educated at the same time...even if it's though prosecco wine.

Sad...and what does the future hold? No idea.

It's not nice and it's very easy to get carried away when you're posting because it feels like an email to a friend after a whilebut at least they can be educated at the same time...even if it's though prosecco wine. and there's nothing wrong with wine!

    Hi :)

I said I'd come back. The hearing was last week and we were awarded the CSA rate (15% of his income) so he's probably not happy about this! He's still not replying to my emails though so it looks as though I have to go back to court to enforce it. Grr!

Thats fab news. I'm so happy for you.

All that money wasted on legal fee's when he could have used it to pay his maintenance, always baffles me that. How there happy to pay a solicitor, but unhappy to pay for their child.

Anyway, i hope he comes to his senses soon enough, now that he knows theres NO getting away with it.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

    Congratulations...

And keep chasing, it may well be easier to get the arrears that are building up already included in enforcement when you do that, as it saves going back and trying that later...

Keep smiling and us up to date with your victory in justice...
