Yes it's a joke.
Write ( remember no emails or phone calls) back to the solicitor stating his financials are incomplete as he has not provided his income details.
It's in the pipeline. I've emailed her already but will be writing as well, just to make sure.
Do not pass any comment like 'it's a joke' or his expenses are just plain over the top.
I haven't done that but there's certain things that he's claimed for that I don't think he's allowed to, like his immediate family's birthday presents, 1K on his clothes, hairdressers and charity donations.
I feel you will be going to court and this list will not go down well with the judge...
I agree. Especially as part of his conditions are that my son spends time with him when he visits the UK twice a year (which he's never actually done, more like once every 18 months). I didn't think they were allowed to combine maintenance with contact as these are two separate things. I really don't think his solicitor has any idea what she's doing!
Keep playing the game xThank you x

yea, say little and just keep plugging away...do your venting on here!0

I'm just sticking to the facts with them but I really don't think they have a clue what they are doing. I'm trying to find a list of allowable expenses as I don't see why he should pay a charity money or spent 1k on clothes if he can only afford £30 a week for his child. I really don't think our son should be subsidising the christmas presents that he buys his brothers either.0

Cake...should we indulge in a bit of Victoria ( remember Winston's Victory Sign :T) with a nice cup of tea with cucumber sandwiches to start with?
All settled? Nice!
Imagine me with some nice Imari Royal Derby with my little finger sticking up...so British...but I digress.
Do change the colour when relying in quotes...see A at the top;) to choose colours.Pink is rather nice.It goes very well with blue. White doesn't take the mustard.
You appear to me to be replying rather hastily to his solicitor. They have got you running round in circles. And it should be the other way round. They should be expending their energy ( and fees) not you.
Chill out. You have friends here.
Never mind googling the expenses...they don't exist. Charity expenses blah de blah...don't waste your energy.
So we have got the figure.
£30 per week.
Bloo*dy insulting, ain't it, girl?
All this cr*ap he is throwing at you does not matter.
Approach this in a clinical manner.
Now like clearingout ( hi) has pointed out does his sol know about his houses. What else do you know? And don't necessary post this on a public forum...keep it to yourself.
Start building a case. Keep things close to your chest. Act thick with his thick solicitor. Use it to your advantage.

not a PWC or NRP anything but randomly lurking on here today just wanted to say go for it girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(and sensemaya you are wonderful!)The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 50 -
Ok. I'm going to go for the jugular but I'm giving too much away to them so I'm going to ignore them. If the court think he's taking the mickey then excellent. There's a lot of discrepancies from the accounts and I don't think they are all complete.
Anyway, his disposable income means that he can still pay us a reasonable amount from what is left (even with the charity donation/clothes/haircuts).
I'll come back with all of the details.
Thank you0 -

Crikey. Thank you for this. Much appreciated.
I'm just indulging in listening to this:

You know about Semele?
I find it helps with legal matters and the csa to take your mind off it all. Hopefully peeps will google and find out the history. Mother of Bacchus...wonderful. But what a sacrifice. That is what happens to people who are mortal and are fools...
And here is another fool quite recent too...Diana. Enjoyed the C4 Dispatches programme too . But that's another story.
What the hell;

Wish I was 17 again. I would never have gone in that blasted pub.0 -

£30 a week is more than insulting. I spend more than that on food! I'm sure the court will sort him out.0
