I think you've been very generous with tax credits, it makes me laugh when they say you owe £3500 are you ringing to pay the full amount lol yeah course I am!!! then it's have you got any savings or can you borrow it from family, they got told from me £25 or nothing surprise surprise they accepted £25
So glad your girls are enjoying tennis, I like it when DS1 is interested in something it's gymnastics at the moment, he goes once a week after school they have a proper gymnastic instructor come in, it's only £2.50 a week the rest is subsidised by the school, and hopefully they'll be competing in a competiton in the spring
Hope you get your money for your brother ASAPtake care have a good day xx

Morning all.
Finished my 50 questions! So I can cross that off my list.
Had a lovely evening as I went out with the two ladies at work. Spent £20 on our meal, a coke and 2 coffees so not bad at all! It was really lovely and we went round the shops first to have a look at clothes. I have mentally spent £150 in f@tface and £200 in Monsoon!
MSE things....bought two cards from Funky Pigeon and then realised I had £5 on my pre-pay account so the cards didn't cost me anything.
Taken out a potato and leek bake for tea. And have chicken soup for lunch.
Trying to make up hours this week so I am working longer today and tomorrow than I normally do but it will make the next couple of weeks a bit easier if I am ahead on my hours!
Not much else to report. Rather low on money and need to speak to my brother about the £73. Roll on payday...in 16 days :-(
Kids are with my Mum today which they are excited about at my brother and sister are only 11 and 7 so they feel like it is just going to a friends house!

Hi all.
Not a whole lot going on at the moment.
Had a lovely night with the kids watching Iron Man 3 - I am so in love with Robert Downey Jr! :A
Today DD1 has been out with friends and DD2 has a friend over so they are having a lovely time
Hubby has booked our camping trip for next weekend and our Mr T vouchers to go to the national show caves have arrived. So I am really looking forward to that.
Need to pop out to the local shop to get cereal, butter and milk. Shopping locally has been quite an eye opener. It hasn't quite been as expensive as I thought but has required a lot of planning in advance. Will be weird popping into a Mr T or Mr S at the end of next week.
Need to list a couple of bits for sale but I am being a little lazy! Today I will go through my underwear as SIL has arranged a bra bank for charity so I wanted to hand over a couple!
Not much planned this weekend as I feel so exhausted!!
Completely cleaned the house today but DD2 and her friend have now messed up her whole bedrrom and covered the dining table with pens and paper!! **deep breathe** need to cope another hour and then I can clear it up!!
I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I am hoping monday hubby finds out if he got a job he went for or not. He went for a second interview on Wednesday and I am now concerned he should know by now if he got it. It is between him and one other guy.
Fingers crossed!!Orange Fairy

Morning all.
Thank you for your messages- fingers crossed he gets it!
Had a very MSE Sunday. Played board games in the morning with the kids, then to our favourite oak furniture showroom to gaze at the bits we want, an hour in the park with the kids and then to MILs for tea. So just a little fuel and 60p parking spent!
Only 4 days work this week as I have my flexi-Friday off for August, 4 days off next week with bank hol Monday and then 4 days the week after as I have my flexi-friday off for September!
Hubby did a private service call for £25 on Saturday which pays for one of the girls sleeping bags and my topcashback paid for the other. Not bad going.
Spotted the best deal I'm going to get on dd2s iPod for her birthday. Mr T are offering £20 off a £150 spend and then my mum gets 10% staff discount so we should get it for £180. I have £135 in my account today so I am going to ask my mum if she can get it and ill give her £130 and hubby will give her the £50 on Friday when he gets paid.
I need to sit down and work our what needs to be spent and paid off in September.
I am gutted I am so short this month but I need to remember the extras I've had....
£56 winter boots for kids
£50 flowers as thank you's
£60 on local food which isn't normally in my budget
£40 paint a pot with DDs
£100 on 4 meals out
£10 on drinks one Saturday
£73 on buying Thorpe parks tickets
£73 buying my brothers tickets which I need to get back
£15 brothers Xmas present
So really I have done okay!
Happy Monday everyone. I have an 11 hour day in the office today so I am going to be ready to drop this evening! The girls are off to work with hubby armed with board games and DVDs!

I'm exactly the same this month OF, skint until payday, but lots of extras on days out, uniform, car repairs etc. Really thinking about it, I haven't done too badly considering.
Hope you get the £ off your brother soon.Ninja Saving Turtle0 -

Morning peeps
I have been in my new job for a year today! It has gone so quickly!
The 11 hour day went by quick enough as I was quite busy. 8 till 6 today so a 10 hour day. Tomorrow may be an 11 hour day but Thursday I finish at 2.30pm and I am off Friday!
Really looking forward to camping this weekend and getting away from everything. Hoping not to spend too much as it will be in hubby's new pay packets so I don't want to start him off with a bad weekend.
Right today....
Work hard
Lunch from stores
Dinner- cottage pie from freezer
Work out September commitments
Ask mum about ordering iPod
Shopping list for camping
Update sig and POAMAYC challenge
Have a lovely day
