Posted this by mistake on the Preps thread. They must all have thought it was a bit random, LOL
I've posted this link before but for those of you who haven't seen it - prepare to howl with laughter

Ginny Alfie was off the wall 4 month old puppy when we got him. DH was the master and had dogs before. I never had a dog and clueless. DH went back to work after that first week and I had to deal with his puppiness myself. We never had any pro classes but I did teach myself via DogsTrust youtube training videos.
It wont come easy for her but if she can put the time in she'll reap the rewards if a dog who respects her stimulating him. She'll feed off the progress and it will be a win win for everyone.
DH was always the master but I was Alf's play mate. We were the best of friends. I miss him more than anything or anyone i left up there. If I can achieve that closeness Im so sure anyone can.
Monnagran your posts make me laugh and im so sure they shouldn't. Given I sympathise over your kitchen fixtures and fittings (in the most losest of terms if they truely are like mine!) then I shall not envy such poshness of a breakfast room, nor the upkeep!0 -
Morning all, I'm off on the bus to the local town to see if I can find some stocking presents for the girls. I am feeling very unchristmassy this year, and not finding many things that are nice in the shops, it all seems to be dull and uninspiring and sludge coloured while being very expensive. Never mind, I'll go look again I'm probably missing something so I'll have to try harder!!!
FLOWERPETAL don't play the commercial christmas game, they can tell you you must have this and you must have that but you don't have to listen. Do the christmas things that YOU like to do, if you want fish and chips on christmas day well, go ahead and do it. Make your festive holiday just what you want it to be, don't fall for the spend spend Magic and Sparkle campaigns or that little word ONLY that comes before £799 in the furniture ads, take christmas back and do your own thing, after all love it all started with a baby in a stable didn't it and in the words of the ad he really is worth it!!! Morning
The food buying, bed tempered, ill-mannered, stroppy and selfish general populous time is almost approaching. Anyone else avoiding it if at all possible? If there's an experience that ruins my Christmas mood it's that one.
About to go poach some eggs for DH, kiddies egg and soldiers. I like weekend breakfast times.
Have a lovely weekend!
Pssst has anyone heard from Sheila Shegar?0 -

Good morning, finally awake and watching the holiday, a film I recorded from last night.
Yesterday I did a good deed. I gave a lady I aldi a voucher for £5 from her shopping, she was so shocked when I said merry Christmas. I spread a little magic and made her day. Something so little can mean so much.
I haven't joined in the consumerism either, mainly as I just cant justify the cost involved. I have listed a few bits on land of bay and made over a hundred pounds so far. This will be put towards the funds for tax my car. I have listed a few more items, and hopefully they will sell too.
I have to work the late shift again tonight, hopefully it will go smoothly. The last couple of shifts have be thrawt with irate people who are obviously hopeing for a miracle win of a major amount of money - only to leave empty handed. AND IT ISNT MY FAULT, so why do they blame me?
Well must get dressed and do some housework, have a great day everyone. Fuddle the family breakfast sounds lovely, enjoy.
Take care xBSC member 137
