Monnogran lovely story of how you two met. I suppose it's natural to wonder about 'that' so I'm not surprised people do.
Solihull is quite posh, LOL. It's a very pleasant suburb of Birmingham really. It's about half an hour away from us, we go there regularly to the cinema, and DH used to live there.

Monna - come to Kent, I'll sit and make bunting with you! I love bunting I do.

I've just stretched 4 sausages to feed us, toad in the hole with stuffing balls in the batter too - delish! The cauli was looking a bit past it but I had the mankiest bits, tasted just fine!

Possession - had to laugh at your bunnies on the naughty step on FB, I bet they didn't stay there long!

Had an utterly gorgeous parcel arrive this morning from Mrs Chip, if you haven't seen her jewellery then please look, it's lovely. I shall have 2 very happy DDs on Christmas morning.

DDs are off running the tuck shop at youth club tonight (and helping with the baking session) so its a quiet evening with my crochet and maybe a podcast or two. DH is a bit discombobulated with his meds etc at the moment so will probably snooze the evening away.

ooh, yes, come to Kent, its a nice little corner down here. Margate is on the up and very vintage-y, if you like that.

i love how you became friends, what a lovely story. I hope you get the place you deserve.

  • Good to see you posting Burtha, sounds as though you all had a good day. I am sure your brain is OK, it is just that you have such a lot on your mind at the moment, you can be forgiven for forgetting the soup.

I think your sense of humour will carry you through this episode.

    Evening all :)

kezlou I hope that you and your DH are feeling a bit calmer now and that the *beeping beep of a beep* gets what is coming to her very soon.

kidcat I hope you are feeling better sweetie. I really don't know how you manage. As for your other half I would be fuming and giving him a swift kick in the sit-up-on.

*waves to gailey* Hello there, I hope you are doing ok.

monnagran I'm not a religious person at all, but I take my hat off to you and the Rev. I'm sure that wherever you go that you will continue to make a huge difference to those around you. The best of luck finding the right place. P.S I grew up not too far from Solihull and it isn't too far from me now :D I am very good at cake.

I was brave today and had a play with my sewing machine. The not so finished article isn't quite how I pictured it, but I'm hoping it can be improved upon. I need some blue ribbon to edge the centre panel. That or a flame thrower.

Dinner tonight was meant to be chicken in bbq sauce. Unfortunately the chicken had gone off when I tasted it. So DH and I ended up in Mr T's and we got one of those £6 meal deals and nacho fixings.
I did also sneak in a box of happinessLidoff_225x225.jpg:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I love fruit crèmes with a passion so am a very happy woman.

I think DS1 might have been switched with a clone/changling/alien double. He is watching Despicable Me with me  Apparently he likes the bit where he punches the shark without looking.

Time to go and mainline strawberry crèmes. Take care everyone xxxx

Oh SDG - I love the orange cremes, but my fave of all is parma violet and rose cremes - old lady sweeties as OH calls them.

Had to take the cat to the vets agan today, that is £140 in the space of a week. Vet was convinced his kidneys were failing, but blood tests say not, so that's another vet he has confounded. I think his middle name is Lazarus!

Monna - I think whoever gets you and the Rev will be extremely lucky!

Kidcat - lord alone how you cope, where do you keep your cape and sparkly knickers?.

Kez - glad you told OH, secrets are worse in the long run. If you don't feel up to a legal fight, so be it, but I know I would be planning sweet revenge .

    Pooky - thanks :D.

Hugs for everone, it's nearly the weekend!

Possession are your rabbits 100% house rabbits? They are definitely little characters!
