Afternoon guys.
little bit rain here such shame as been lush weather this week.
hubby doing agency
me trying to catch up mountain laundry as both girls out today just small boy wrecking havoc as usual but hes also smiley and cuddly.
made jacks carrot and bean burgets last night cant get them right they keep falling apart.
kids had reduced sausages and value chips and beans.
not sure what making today maybe pasta as snot sure what time hubbys home.
no real news here trying to be positive and get few things done.
planning nice weekend as dad coming over-no wouldent ask him for any help.
birthday party.
might go for big family walk sunday and see what can be foraged.
feel better when im busy.
still achey after accidental 10mile run and may not go again until next week.
Hoping housing pay up next week but who knows tax credits say upto 3weeks and no jsa.
its nice to open up cupboards and see them full feel least we will have food may not have much else. we in credit with energy and nursery.
hope everyone else doing ok.
need to meal plan next couple weeks and try new recipes.
sorry if sounded really down have my good days and bad.

Just popping in as I’m trying to prepare going out on my own. Already had a panic attack once today. Suppose I need to get use to it, But its something attached to my depression therefore, Irrational thoughts I’m having is making my heart race. I’m just praying that OH gets home before I need to leave for my appointment at 3.Future goals:
Become debt free.
Beat Depression.

Princess: You will have long set off by now but please remember if you have to do this again that you are never, never alone. Once you have told us what is happening you'll have all of us linking arms with you and walking with you, probably cracking awful jokes and making you laugh as well. As savingqueen says, there is an army of us so you just have to carry us along with you in your head.
Don't think about it, just do it.

As MONNAGRAN days, don't think about it, just do it, is what works best for me. If I over think something I get anticipation anxiety so I just have to decide I'm going to do something and go for it.
