Welcome back Mrs LW, delighted it all went so well :D

  • Good tohave you back MrsLW, and so glad youhad a great time. Enjoy the pink cloudland while you can. RL sets in far toosoon.
Oh heck mardatha. What a awful call to receive.Hope the hospital is able to really help your son. We’ll all be thinking aboutyou both and hoping for the best.

Princess, You definitely should report thatGP. What a dreadful thing for anyone to say, never mind a supposedly qualifiedprofessional. As others have said, depression is an illness that can strikeanyone, and should be treated as such, not used as an excuse for a politicalattack. And for you to be left without meds for 3 weeks is just unbelievable!:eek::eek: Hopeyou find a more suitable and genuine GP in future.

And Pinkdebster, sorry to hear that you areanother one suffering from poor quality medical practitioners. Is ridiculousisn’t it – we go to the Drs for help not to be knocked down.
What anappalling situation for you to be left inbunbun. These organisations have no grasp on reality of trying to live withno money coming in. Hope you get something sorted soon.

    Hugs to allof you.

And thanks,SavingQueen. My first day went quitewell when I finally got there. Was late as stuck on train for ages becauseof points failure. :(Just what I needed. So I had no time to have coffee and getsorted slowly but had to rush straight into it.

Princess put in a complaint about the gp, that is ridiculous and negligent. I was, toldby gp that I, should leave my job as it was badly affecting me and my family.

Mar hope the hospital can help him

Lynn oh your weekend sounds wonderful, welcome back :)

Ds1 first day back went well, he came back smiling. Always a good sign. He's s bit out of sorts with some of his lessons but he'll be fine. He'll soon get to know people.

Took ds2 to stewarts park lunch and a play, was lovely :).
We were supposed to get, the train to town but just missed it. no matter we'll try again tomorrow.

Mor all up early today as ds9 is back to school. We went to visit yesterday and it's a brand new build and lovely they have an allotment wich he will love. It's all barred and gated so he can't get out.

I've worked out its going to be 4 hours 45 mins walking from ds7 school to ds9 school and back twice a day :(. But there is no way I am taking the car petrol will cost too much. Maybe I should see if they have transport available.
Then iv got the values at 10 and my hair cut at 11 busy day

    Happy Day all x

    Morning all

Another gorgeous autumnal morning here, beautiful sunrise over the Channel, blue skies but nippy. It warmed up to 20ish yesterday which as hot as I like it, was lovely to light some candles last night though, the living room looked very cosy.

Jem - hope the new school works out for your D'S, that is a lot of walking though, you'll be shattered but ever so fit :)

Mrs LW - glad the wedding went off ok. How's Docky after his horse encounter?

The house is silent, I'm the only one up....bliss. Will let DH sleep in as he's emotionally wrecked at the moment as well as having 2 nasty falls yesterday. The longer he's lying down, the less damage he can do to himself.

DD1 has her driving test tomorrow morning, I'll be expecting you all to cross every available crossy thing tomorrow at 10.20am!

Going to make my raise bed this weekend, what can I be looking to plant out now? We pretty much eat every sort of veg going so I'm open to any ideas (preferably foolproof)

Hi Pooky, think there's only you and me about this morning. Lots of people rushing about trying not to yell at kids on the first day back . I know what you mean about leaving OH's in bed, somedays its the safest thing for them. We have some hospital appointments which I am dreading the build up to. we have already had major upset with having to use the laptop as my pc died. The set-up is different and things arent where they should be on the page so he gets very stressed and shouty. If I bite my lip much more it will fall off

Just been to take DS and his girly to the airport, they are off on their last big holiday before they settle down - theyve gone to Vegas baby! ( as we call it here for some reason :D) Tomorrow I have to go and pick DS from the airport, the only places I have seen in a week are Mr T and 2 airports, getting bored now :o

Jem I think all that walking will eat into your day and get old very quickly, can you not incorporate other journeys in and drive part of the week? Just thinking of you x

  • Hi POOKY Docky is fine thank you, he was stiff for a couple of days afterwards but he's a very resiliant little fella and his ping returned very quickly. He won't go near the field though, and is very cautious if we see horses being ridden or in fields. Luckily we have so many walks round here that don't go near livestock he still gets his nice long walkies off lead with Dadi so all is well. How is Fluffy Kitten now? hopefully fit and well and naughty, did you have any repercussions from the consumed birdie except for the beak?

MOLLY I don't know if you're fit and recovered enough to be reading along with us. I hope so very much that everything went well with the operation and that you are not too uncomfortable now. Hope your recovery and recouperation is well under way and that you'll soon be home to Molly and Poppy puppies and your home and family, thinking of you love, be better really quickly, Love Lyn xxx.
