Probably not. Out council have a special product for this, absorbant granules which are put down to soak the spill and then swept up again. The petrol/diesel/oil can't be left on the road or it will be a slip hazard and wash into the waterways when it rains, and cause pollution.

My friends GS is the same as your boys hes 11
On sunday while in church he told the minister that he didnt like god and he was a B
.When the minister asked why he told him if god was so good why did he make his cousin who is 13 not able to talk or even ride as he as issues with his legs. The minister tryed to explain what he wasnt having any of it what he tryed to say , her GS just shot him down in the end he just had to sort of agree with him. She said alot of the people couldnt believe when he started to talk as he been going for a few years and hadnt spoke to anyone in that time. it must have been on his mind to be so out spoken.
She said it made her very proud to be known as his GM even though hes different and wont allow you to touch him. He truely is a wonderful boy.C.R.A.P. R.O.O.L.Z. Member. 21 Norn Iron deputy h

Sunshine: Very amused about your friend's GS in church. My GS, also 11, came to church for the first time for his baby sister's Christening. We were a bit apprehensive but he behaved beautifully apart from when the Rev greeted the congregation and everyone murmured 'Good Morning' except DGS who bellowed, "Good Morning Mr Twit." I was quite relieved because they have a very jokey relationship and he could well have called her much worse. 'Smelly Bum' being his favourite name for her. Imagine!
Just lurking. Back to work now.

I have reached the end of page 99 from where I started reading. I will eventually go back and read the rest when I have nothing to do
I have been on kelp for just over two weeks after reading your posts about it. My they are so different from the huge smelly things I tried years ago.
I was interested in the anti inflamatory properties and I can say that my poor old knees and hips are a lot less painful now so hopefully they will continue to improve. My muscles are also less painful, possibly due to being able to move more without hurting my joints. I also have had more energy even when I have a disturbed night or two.0 -
I am thinking of trying the kelp. can I ask a question? those who are taking it did you check with the GP first? are there any warnings about taking with other medication?saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

Hi bunbun, I have just this minute done a google search for the same reason. It does say to check with gp as it can react with other medicines. Especially if you have thyroid problems. I was thinking of taking it as it sounds so good. With my other problems though, I think I should check, but if you aren't on meds it should be ok. HTH Esther xSecond purse £101/100
