Please do not diagnose via a forum!
SQ please ask DH to go to the Dr; there are a number of health issues that can cause or contribute to snoring and sleep apnea is not the only thing that he could have. For example, I have had 2 x 24hour monitoring tests but I don't have it.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Evening all
Cor blimey it's turned warm here. My garden looks like something very grim has exploded all over it....hey ho - builders will be finished tomorrow and we'll be water tight!
DD2 has an interview on Thursday for a fashion chain store - fingers crossed at 10am everyone please - it would be fab for her, she's so shy and I think this would do her the world of good.
DH has slept all afternoon - the stress got to much - it did mean I got a good few hours cutting in and finalised a new design I'd like to cut and finished designing something for a customer which has now been agreed on so I can get cracking with that later in the week. Need to think about some Christmas themed stuff too....hmmmmm.
Emailed my ex yesterday regarding maintenance payments stopping for DD1 - I want to get the new figures sorted asap, we're going to be down around £80/90 per week once everything stops and I really do need to get a grasp on how to rejig my budget."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. Morning all, sq I am wearing my work trousers and they aren't ironed. I folded a few bits up and just put away, obviously not all of them were mine. I worked yesterday until 5 and then today I am in until 4.
Tomorro is a full day off, but will go and do the shopping in aldi for the forthcoming month.
I will post as soon as I come home, but I need to dash to work. take care all xBSC member 137

Morning all and good luck with the interview tomorrow Miss Pooky, sure it will be fine
often actually getting an interview is the hardest part as so many employers don't even acknowledge application forms so well done!
Another warm start here, about to pop to the shops and the vet to pick up more tablets for poorly puss then off to the hospital with Dd for her allergy tests. Be nice to have a sit down occasionally on my day off:rotfl:
Done a bit of decluttering already this morning so feels like I have achieved something. It's too hot to do much in the afternoons when I get home from work but after watching a bit of the programme about Royal Marine Commando training, I feel the urge to go and tidy my wardrobe along those lines. There's a moneysaving blog someone has highlighted on this forum and the writer has a picture of her wardrobe with just a few basic items, easy to clean/tidy/maintain. Will post a link later if I can find it. I've stopped buying clothes apart from work essentials and am determined to get some wear out of everything I have or send it to the CS if I really won't wear it so eventually I will achieve simplified bliss as things wear out and are turned into cleaning cloths!
Onwards and upwards, have a good day all. Off to look for some bargains....0 -
Morning everyone.
Not much in the way of OS has been going on here lately & I don’t like it. I fear we may end up going backwards, Since I have been ill and OH working longer hours it just seems easier to go backwards….So, I am stopping it in its tracks.
We already know the next few weeks are going to be tough, So its back to the drawing board to see where we can make extra cut backs.
Something I have noticed creeping back up is our food shop. Even with the use of coupons, Its still higher than what I find acceptable, But I feel I also need to take into consideration that the cost of living & the rising food costs will always make this outgoing more expensive!
In other news, I am now 77 days a non smoker and finding it so much more easier! I’m not feeling the need to use the smoking aids now as it doesn’t cross my mind as such. I do find myself with the odd day thinking, I would usually have a cigarette now but haven’t.
I have also joined weight watchers, As my doctor referred me due to a lot of health conditions which are being made worse because I am overweight & also because of fertility treatment.
Anyways - I suppose that’s more than enough of my rambling…Off to catch up on this latest posts. Have a lovely day all xFuture goals:

morning all from the snotbag SQ household
Margaret - how are you today? Kidcat - hope you are ok this week? hugs to you both
lots of WELL DONE medals to hand out:
to Miss Pooky for her interview
to Princess for her non smoking, weight-watching and fighting back OS styleee, go girl
to alfsmum for decluttering
to nutty for wearing a non-ironed outfit AND for putting away some things without ironing!
to everyone on here for their sheer awesomeness - give yourself a pat on the back
alfsmum - an ex boyfriend used to be a squaddie and his socks were FILED away in perfect straight rows. The thought of them still makes me chuckle.
ok nutty - up for another challenge? spend ten minutes doing absolutely nothing (ideally in a dark, quiet room)- lie down on the sofa or bed or in the bath, close your eyes and just be. Let your thoughts come and go, just acknowledge them but that's all.
my decluttering is coming along in dribs and drabs. Have extra recycling bags to put out for bin day. Doing a bit more today.
nothing much to report here, hoping another quiet day in will help us feel well again. need to go out tomorrow as DS7 has a holiday activity to go to and want to buy THE paper for THE voucher amongst other things.
be kind to yourselves today
