CC So sorry for your loss, I never know what to say but sending you a big hug.Kez, chin up x
Possession - shall I come paint a cross on your door?
Ginny - I'm glad your hubby has shown a bit more interest in food. It's such a struggle some days isn't it.
My DH is having a rough time of it lately and it's been very evident that his AD's aren't doing what they should. After walking on eggshells for the past few weeks we had the chat and he was off to see the GP yesterday. He needs to change his ADs for different ones but that involves coming off his current ones over the next 3 weeks and. Then building up on the new ones.....the next 6 weeks or so will not be fun but hopefully it will be the means to and end.
I've had 7 commissions for work over the past week so things are finally taking off.
We're in the middle of a giant hail stones storm at the moment, the noise is horrendous! Set to warm up next week though so I'm hoping to find some garden time......why don't veg seedlings grow as fast as weeds???
My DH has battled on and off different ADs for the past 3 yrs so I know exactly what your going through. The bullying by the RAF nearly killed him and we still haven't come through the other side yet.
On to my latest drama.............
One of the fellas who walks his dog on the field is moving and we offered to have his pooch for the day, well this has ended up being two days and the poor bloke sleeping on our sofa last night as the solicitors cocked up and he had no house to sleep in :rotfl:
So I have a homeless man and his dog sleeping in my front room :rotfl::rotfl:
It wasn't quite so funny when he felt funny last night and the diabetic medicine was in the fridge, on the removal van that had gone to storage as the house he was buying hadn't gone through :eek:
He has gone out to sort some bits out for an hour so I'm taking the opportunity to have five mins on the lappy as I don't want to be rude tapping away while sat on his bed.

Oh CC. I've been MIA for couple of weeks because of builders and have just logged on to see your sad news. Others have said it much better than I can but you are (and have been) in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so glad you were able to be together at the end and that your OH was surrounded by love.
Don't want to intrude (and am sure you have people who love you around for support) but I went thru this just over three years ago so if you need to just pm me.Use it up, Wear it out, Make it do, Do without.0 -
CC Two lives well lived and one love well loved between them will survive forever and always make you smile even in the toughest moments. Flying free and no more pain but still with the love for and from you that will never change or diminish, speed him well and know he'll always be there beside you, still the same, still cherishing and loving you and probably still laughing in all the wrong moments!!! Doesn't get any better than that my lovely, peace will come, Lyn xxx.0

Everyone has already said it so much more eloquently but I am so sorry about DH's passing. He knew he was loved and surrounded by care from his loved ones which is a rare blessing.
Sheila
Good luck with the operation and crossing my fingers that longer term care can be sorted out for DH.
Hugs to all who could use one."This site is addictive!"
