The more complaints aimed at the landowner, the more they are going to realise just what they've taken on, especially if it creates large amounts of work for them, to the point of distraction.

Maybe as a future strategy (and where the landowner is known) we should copy all correspondence on any charge, right the way through its process to POPLA, including PCN, reminders, LBAs, debt collector and solicitors' letters and ask them to comment at each stage.

Now that might help focus their minds (as well as royally p155 them off).
