Totally agree with sentiments, but in this world, things ain't alays fair. So be careful how you approach the Practice Manager

I would regard such behaviour as a declaration of war and would relish the fightback, although I appreciate that not everyone is as bolshie as me and that some people have chronic health problems requiring them not to fall out with their GP!

Got it in one! As I said, things ain't always fair and cutting your nose off to spite your face isn't to be recommended - particularly if you don't have a doctor. :rotfl::rotfl:

Great result dasachmo. Can you tell us what process you followed to arrive at the cancellation, please?

Absolutely. I used the online appeals form on the parking eye website and used the template as written below... Attaching my proof as the appointment slip from the Drs.
I received a simple email saying the claim has been dismissed and no further payment required. I hope it helps others and credit is where its due... I would never had known to word a letter so formally to achieved.... justice.
    thank you!

This has got to be cancelled, there is no loss to the doctors surgery, how can there be when they don't sell anything? In this case I would simply go to the doctors and demand they cancel it.

Or send this to parking eye

    Name
    Address

    Date

    Dear Parking Eye

In reference to the invoice xxxxx dated xxxxx, at xxxx doctor's surgery, the keeper was attending a pre-arranged appointment at the surgery, attached is a copy of the appointment.

The keeper demands that this invoice is cancelled immediately, and denies any liability to your company. If you reject this appeal, per version 2 of the BPA Code of Practice, the keeper requires a popla verification code to appeal independently within 35 days of this challenge.

    Faithfully

    The Keeper ( printed)

When they saw that challenge they knew you were getting advice from us, as they monitor this forum. So knew they wouldn't have a leg to stand on! So well done you for getting cancelled, and sometimes parking eye can be reasoned with, not often but sometimes.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
