Hi Spoon, thanks for your lovely update. Well done on your total, you are flying!! I've had a bit of a spendy week as my cousin was here to stay and I spent pretty much every day to treat her to nice things :D

Pleasure, suzi and hope you enjoyed your week with your cousin

I love treating people. I DID manage to bag a NSD on friday because I was at work and took all my own food, walked to my class and back as planned and the OH treated us to a takeaway which was very nice. I am also declaring today as a NSD because I'm not going to spend, simple as :rotfl:

Like your determination, go for it :T

So that takes me up to NSD #6, halfway to target and we are not quite halfway through the month so that's not bad going :T

    Woohooo, well done you :j:j

Hi everyone, I'm back after a fabulous week in Weston-Super-Mare. As the money spent there was saved and budgetted for it I can declare NSDs 3 - 11 from Sat 6th through to today, Sun 14th which means 9 in a row.

Glad you had a good week, MB and well done for nabbing all those NSDs.. did you keep hubby chained up somewhere?:rotfl:

I'll keep my fingers crossed, marmite. It's very warm in central Europe at the moment, I really don't envy you those temperatures

    Good evening my lovelies!
A productive weekend means the total of NSDs contributed by Chateau Nargle is now 7!!!!

Now, a word of advice needed from anyone out there who shares the house with teenagers. When the resident teenager says to you he would like to join Facebook, how do you ensure he stays safe and uses it responsibly? It's just that I know of several cases where being on Facebook has caused trouble for people and would like to avoid this.

Howdy everyone. So sorry I am not doing very well at checking in this month! I've lost count a little but the best I can make out is I have managed a rather sorry 5 definite NSD's.

Must do better although I have less than 2 weeks until the wedding of the century (not mine) and my friend coming to stay for an entire week so this could be a super spendy month.

Plus sides - the weather is excellent, jellytot is over her bout of jab induced measles and has a NEW TOOTH! And is walking everywhere finally so I can put her in beautiful dresses again :D:D

Hope you're all having a lovely end to the week. I am tempted to crack open a bottle of cider my friend left here 3 years ago.... Probably won't mind you, it will send me to sleep!

    Hugs and squeezes!
