Good afternoon folks from another sunny and warm day in NI:T
I hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine where you are:)
I note there are some low fat dessert recipes doing the rounds and totally agree Kerri, that the calories listed must be totally wrong:rotfl:
I was out last night and had one and a half bottles of red, so am not too bed today when compared to the hangover of the year that I had last Sunday:o. I can't decide whether to go for a walk or just to have a lazy day today. I do wish to report NSD6 for today though:)If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

suzitiger - helloooooo, lovely to see you again. Well done for nabbing another 2 NSDs taking you to a fabby NSD no 4.:j:j Keep going, you’ll get there :T
I've been a good spoony again today and nabbed NSD no 9 :j:j
Hi Spoon, thanks for your lovely update. Well done on your total, you are flying!! I've had a bit of a spendy week as my cousin was here to stay and I spent pretty much every day to treat her to nice things
I love treating people. I DID manage to bag a NSD on friday because I was at work and took all my own food, walked to my class and back as planned and the OH treated us to a takeaway which was very nice. I am also declaring today as a NSD because I'm not going to spend, simple as :rotfl:
So that takes me up to NSD #6, halfway to target and we are not quite halfway through the month so that's not bad going :T

Really missed hearing what everyone's up to but have hardly been online at all:o
I've had to cut my hours at work so even skinter than normal  but TBH I just couldn't go on the way I was as I was just exhausted and getting no-where.
It's only for 3 months initially and hoping (needing!) to go back to FT then but I must admit it's doing me heaps of good & feeling better in the past couple of weeks than I have done for nearly a year now
Oh HIIIIII risisng, long time no see how is everything? :wave:Don't turn a slip up into a give up

Hi everyone, I'm back after a fabulous week in Weston-Super-Mare. As the money spent there was saved and budgetted for it I can declare NSDs 3 - 11 from Sat 6th through to today, Sun 14th which means 9 in a row.
Freeby, very well done on your RFL and get well soon.
Rising, welcome back, we've missed you.
